Prior to launching her own business, she worked in corporate staffing where she held multiple roles across onboarding, customer success, immigration support, and internal performance management.

This diverse background gives her a unique lens on business operations, communication, and client care key pillars she brings into her training programs. Kaylee’s passion lies in helping beauty professionals build confident, profitable businesses rooted in real strategy and elevated client experiences.
