1. Agreement between user and theluxebeautylounge.com

Welcome to theluxebeautylounge.com. The theluxebeautylounge.com website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by The Luxe Beauty Lounge LLC ("Luxe"). theluxebeautylounge.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of theluxebeautylounge.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.

theluxebeautylounge.com is an e-commerce site. This website's purpose is to promote and sell services and products in the beauty industry, specifically spray tanning, ear piercings, and beauty business education, including courses and products for these services.

2. Electronic communications

Visiting theluxebeautylounge.com or sending emails to Luxe constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

3. Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to theluxebeautylounge.com and The Luxe Beauty Lounge LLC ("Company") and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to the Company include theluxebeautylounge.com. The Company's website is a service based and e-commerce site. By using the Company website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection of your personal information. In order to better provide you with products and services offered, the Company may collect personally identifiable information such as your first and last name, mailing address, email address, and phone number.

If you purchase the Company's products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.

The Company may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your age and gender.

4. Return policy, products

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.

• Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing product descriptions and specifications before making a purchase.

• In the rare event that you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.

• This policy does not affect your statutory rights where applicable.

5. In person training terms

Refund Policy All course sales are final. No refunds, transfers, or exchanges of any kind will be issued under any circumstances.​

By enrolling in this course, you acknowledge and agree to:

• All payments are non-refundable.

• ​​Students may reschedule one time only if the request is made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled course date. Requests made within 7 days of the start date will not be accommodated, and the full payment will be forfeited.

• Failure to attend without prior notice will result in forfeiture of your enrollment.

• The course material, videos, and guides are protected intellectual property and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed.

• Students are responsible for complying with all local and state laws regarding the services taught in this course.

6. Online Piercing Course terms

These terms apply to the Online Piercing Course. Section 5 does not apply to it. There is no scheduled date and no attendance requirement.

By purchasing, you agree to the following.

• You must be 18 or older.

• All sales are final. No refunds for any reason. The practice kit is also non-refundable, including before it ships. Resubmissions are free and unlimited, so not passing is not a refund reason.

• This is a certificate of completion, not a license. It is not state certification or accreditation, and it does not include bloodborne pathogen certification. You are responsible for the piercing laws, permits, and health rules in your own state and county.

• You are not supervised. You handle needles and pierce on your own, in your own space. My feedback is a review of a recording after the fact. It is not live supervision and it is not approval of your setup. You accept the risks and are responsible for your own safety and medical care.

• Anyone you practice on is your responsibility. Every model must sign the consent form provided in the course before you pierce them.

• Your access is personal. Do not share, resell, or teach from the course material. Doing so ends your access with no refund.

• You will sign a full Student Agreement after purchase. Access is unlocked after it is signed.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any dispute will be handled in Hendricks County, Indiana.
